As a Senior iOS Software Engineer, you will develop and maintain native iOS applications using Swift, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate on software projects.

Lead West Coast direct ad sales for Duolingo: set regional GTM strategy, hit revenue targets, build and coach a sales team, manage pipeline and complex deals end-to-end, deepen agency and brand relationships, and partner with Product/Ad Ops to shape pricing, packaging, and ad experiences.

Lead Duolingo's ad platform operations, owning GAM structure and campaign delivery quality across direct and programmatic. Troubleshoot complex delivery issues, scale PMP/PG deals and premium programmatic revenue, onboard partners, and build systems, processes, SLAs, QA, and a team to improve operational reliability and scalability.

Provide end-to-end calendar management and logistics for the CEO, coordinate with the Office of the CEO and other EAs, plan domestic and international travel and board/off-site logistics, build productivity systems and documentation (including AI tools), and serve as a confidential, high-judgment point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Provide high-touch executive support to the CEO by managing complex calendars, travel, board and off-site logistics, and stakeholder communications. Build systems and documentation, partner with the Office of the CEO and Chief of Staff, protect prep and deep-work time, and use productivity tools and AI to improve executive workflows while maintaining confidentiality and professional judgment.

Lead a cross-organizational initiative to double developer productivity by defining roadmap, driving execution, enabling organizational change, partnering with engineering/product/data, leveraging AI tooling, removing blockers, measuring outcomes, and coaching TPMs and engineering leads to scale best practices.
