Hybrid Pittsburgh-based internship supporting contracts, subawards, compliance reporting, and financial tracking. Maintain trackers and OneDrive file integrity, perform accurate data entry, assist with Salesforce/CRM tasks, and support award administration and government contract documentation under senior staff supervision.

Support strategic marketing and communications by creating written and visual content, managing social media and email campaigns, maintaining digital asset libraries, coordinating events and outreach, proofreading materials, updating Salesforce, and collaborating across teams to ensure brand consistency and member engagement.

Manage a portfolio of advanced robotics and manufacturing initiatives from planning through execution. Coordinate cross-functional teams and partners, monitor budgets and schedules, mitigate risks, ensure contractual and deliverable compliance, prepare status reports, and improve project management processes to deliver manufacturing-focused technical solutions.

Develop, integrate, test, and maintain robotics software for research and prototype manufacturing systems. Work with Python and C++, Linux environments, and Git to integrate hardware (sensors, cameras, actuators), debug across simulation and physical platforms, support validation and deployment, author documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance robotics solutions.
