Recruit drivers by responding to leads through calls, texts, and emails; explaining pay, benefits, facilities, and routes; understanding driver goals; and guiding candidates from initial contact through their first day. The role combines relationship building, recruiting, customer service, and inside sales in a fast-paced transportation environment, with uncapped commission opportunities.

Assigns freight loads to trucks based on customer requirements, driver availability, capacity, demand, and profitability. Reviews market conditions, identifies over- or under-capacity, assesses freight needs, and collaborates with customer accounts and sales teams. The role also analyzes reports, identifies waste, develops solutions, and communicates market and customer insights in a fast-paced environment.

Coordinate refused or discrepant freight across refrigerated, dry, flatbed, rail, and logistics loads. Investigate incidents, communicate with drivers, customers, vendors, billing, and internal teams, authorize disposition-related costs, document charges and handling instructions, maintain claims and billing queues, and monitor performance metrics. The role requires high-volume communication, accurate data entry, strong multitasking, follow-up, and customer service skills.

Manage services for major customer accounts, solicit and expand business using available transportation capacity, and coordinate freight and capacity balancing. Build internal and external relationships, maintain knowledge of contractual requirements, support high service levels, and prepare monthly customer service reports. Collaborate with sales and internal departments while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced team environment.

Manage high-exposure customer accounts, coordinate capacity and freight with internal teams, and maintain strong customer service levels. Responsibilities include soliciting business using available capacity, expanding revenue as an extension of Sales, balancing territorial freight, understanding contractual requirements, and preparing monthly service-level reports. The role requires customer service or sales experience, prioritization, adaptability, and effectiveness in a fast-paced team environment.

Monitors and audits equipment detention records, validates detention time using dispatch, GPS, and customer data, and initiates approved billing and driver payouts. Requests customer authorization, supports collections of past-due detention revenue, tracks container dwell data when applicable, identifies discrepancies, and recommends ways to improve detention revenue. Requires strong communication, organization, analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

Audits drivers’ daily logs for compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and company policies, identifies violations or falsified records, documents findings, follows up on issues, and recommends corrective actions to management.
