Analyzes operational profitability through financial and statistical modeling, reporting, forecasting, and annual operating planning. Rates and bills dedicated customer accounts according to contract terms and customer specifications. Verifies rates, accessorial charges, billing templates, FTP formats, and EDI invoices; corrects billing errors and rejected invoices. Coordinates with operations, management, and IT to meet invoicing deadlines, maintain account instructions, report billing status, and improve processes. Requires strong Excel, SQL reporting, contract interpretation, organization, and teamwork skills.

Manage complex and litigated transportation claims nationwide, including coverage analysis, investigations, reserve and payment authorization, settlement negotiations, litigation coordination, fraud detection, subrogation, and trial or mediation preparation. The role requires advanced liability and damage analysis, legal terminology knowledge, collaboration with defense counsel, and the ability to resolve conflicts. It may also include mentoring team members and rotating on-call responsibilities.
