The Director of Corporate Services leads a team providing legal support on corporate matters, M&A, governance, and compliance, advising internal clients and managing budgets and outside counsel.

Supervise recycling center operations and teams (dispatchers, drivers, sorters); ensure safety, regulatory and environmental compliance; manage productivity, labor and budgets; partner with maintenance; resolve customer issues; drive employee engagement and talent development.

Support creation and socialization of process documentation and agile project deliverables, facilitate working sessions, perform user testing and prototyping, align business and IT stakeholders, and translate field operations needs into product and process improvements.

Sell Republic Services' full suite of waste and recycling products in an assigned territory by prospecting, following up on leads, maintaining customer relationships, delivering sales presentations, closing new business, renewing contracts, documenting activity in Salesforce, and representing the company at community and industry events.

Supervise hauling collections (drivers/helpers) across commercial, residential, roll-off, and container services. Drive safety, customer experience, route efficiency, labor and cost controls, equipment maintenance coordination, and employee engagement while supporting operational and budget goals.

Provides customer and internal support for waste profile approvals, waste characterization documentation, contracts, billing adjustments, manifests, reports, and correspondence. Communicates with customers by phone, email, and in person; maintains customer records; researches operational discrepancies; coordinates forms, deposits, and discontinuance orders; and ensures compliance with facility, state, federal, RCRA, and DOT requirements.

Lead external financial reporting and SEC filings, oversee general accounting, budgets, audits and technical accounting (landfill/environmental), present issues to executives and Board, manage external audits and a team, support M&A due diligence and internal controls.

Lead enterprise program and project delivery to modernize collections operations. Define frameworks, product roadmaps, metrics, testing and QA, vendor relationships, change management, and coach teams to deploy technology and routing optimization solutions that improve safety, customer experience, and operational efficiency across field operations.

Lead and advise executive safety leadership on policy, standards, and field implementation of loss prevention programs. Provide SME support to Area Safety Managers, review OSHA and DOT citations, present safety data to stakeholders, represent the company at industry forums, and help implement company-wide safety initiatives. Travel to field locations as needed.

The Recycling Auditor monitors inbound recycling loads for quality, documents findings, communicates with teams about contamination issues, and submits reports.
