Leads FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, profitability analysis, audits, compliance, and strategic decision support for two business units. Manages environmental waste projects at client sites, ensuring contractual delivery, regulatory compliance, health and safety, subcontractor performance, and profitability. Conducts inspections, waste characterization, shipping and documentation; develops recycling and treatment programs; provides reporting, regulatory guidance, training, and technical support. Partners with sales to develop compliant customer solutions, identify opportunities, and retain business while managing onsite resources and escalating issues.

Manages employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and termination recommendations. Advises managers and leaders on employment policies, legal compliance, and risk mitigation. Maintains confidential case documentation, develops employee relations policies and training, analyzes trends, and recommends proactive improvements while partnering with HR, legal counsel, and management.

Supervise and develop sales professionals through coaching, training, performance management, and hiring support. Monitor sales funnels, pricing metrics, customer retention, and goal achievement. Assist with business strategies, marketing plans, bids, customer solicitation, account management, and contract reviews. Maintain CRM data, prepare sales reports, identify customer needs, track market trends, and cross-sell waste and environmental services to commercial and industrial clients.

Leads the development and deployment of enterprise BI and analytics products supporting field operations. Establishes BI product lifecycle practices within Agile/Scrum and CI/CD environments, contributes to roadmaps, requirements, data analysis, testing, reporting, and release management, and communicates performance insights to stakeholders. Manages Analysts, develops team capabilities, supports vendor relationships, and partners with product owners to improve operational efficiency and product value.

Supervises accounts receivable staff responsible for billing, cash application, collections, invoicing, and account resolution. Reviews aging balances, monitors performance metrics, manages onboarding and development, resolves escalated billing issues, coordinates monthly billing activities, and partners with internal stakeholders to address risks and discrepancies. Ensures timely, accurate processing and supports field teams with cash-related inquiries.

Identifies and qualifies leads, prospecting and selling waste, recycling, and environmental services to commercial, industrial, and municipal customers. Uses Salesforce to manage prospects, document activities, and track follow-ups. Delivers sales presentations, closes new business, meets revenue targets, maintains customer relationships, monitors market trends, and represents the company at trade shows and community events.

Manages accounts payable payment operations, including check, ACH, and virtual card payments, while overseeing travel, procurement, and virtual card programs. Leads payment optimization, bank functions, supplier payment due diligence, card issuance and audits, expense-policy compliance, third-party relationships, SOX controls, quality measurement, and process improvement initiatives.

Owns ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, governance, financial management, releases, and delivery across enterprise workflows. Leads product owners, analysts, developers, architects, and implementation partners; prioritizes demand, manages backlogs and upgrades, oversees UAT and go-live readiness, tracks platform KPIs and SLAs, and communicates roadmap, risks, and resource needs to executive stakeholders.
