Provides HR consultation and policy guidance to managers and employees. Expands existing accounts by selling Republic Services’ full product suite, documenting activities in Salesforce, minimizing credits and rate restrictions, and participating in trade shows and community events. Reviews retention performance with sales leadership and partners with operations to support customer needs.

Identifies and qualifies leads, prospects for new commercial and industrial waste and recycling business, delivers sales presentations, manages customer information in Salesforce, and closes sales. The role builds relationships with decision-makers, meets revenue goals, cross-sells services, monitors market trends, completes customer agreements, and represents the company at trade and community events.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to multiple C-suite executives by managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, correspondence, expenses, invoices, and confidential information. Anticipates executive needs, resolves scheduling conflicts, coordinates internal and client engagements, prepares itineraries and meeting materials, and maintains effective communication across the organization.

Identifies and converts leads into profitable commercial, industrial, and recycling customers within an assigned territory. Analyzes benefits data using Excel and Workday, resolves issues, coordinates with vendors and Finance, supports open enrollment, implementations, and merger-and-acquisition reporting, and improves benefits processes.

Leads financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, modeling, reporting, and performance management for assigned markets. Partners with business leaders to provide decision support, evaluate pricing and profitability, manage audits and internal controls, ensure regulatory and contractual filings, and identify financial risks and opportunities. The role also manages special finance projects and develops finance talent.

Leads FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, profitability analysis, audits, compliance, and strategic decision support for two business units. Partners with general managers and corporate functions to identify risks, improve performance, evaluate pricing and investments, and ensure financial reporting deadlines and filings are met. Manages finance talent and leads finance-related special projects across the Greater Detroit market.
