Sell Republic Services' full suite of waste and recycling solutions within an assigned territory. Identify and qualify leads, conduct cold calls and sales presentations, manage prospects in Salesforce, retain and renew customers, meet revenue targets, attend local events, and handle contract and cancellation processes to grow profitable commercial, industrial, and recycling business.

Manage and retain existing commercial and industrial waste customers in an assigned territory. Renew contracts, respond to cancellations, increase product penetration across Republic Services offerings, document activities in Salesforce, coordinate with operations to resolve service issues, and represent the company at events and trade shows.

Manage collections and route operations for commercial, roll-off and residential customers. Supervise supervisors, dispatchers and drivers; ensure productivity, safety, regulatory compliance, budgeting, customer relations, and talent development to support business unit strategy and operational excellence.

Coordinate and optimize drivers, trucks, and routes to maximize capacity and on-time service. Manage and reconcile a large portfolio of customer accounts (~10,000), prepare accurate customized invoices, resolve billing disputes and A/R adjustments, analyze complex transactions for contract compliance, collaborate with collections and internal/external stakeholders, and handle ticketed requests to ensure timely, accurate revenue recognition.

Sell Republic Services' waste and recycling solutions within an assigned territory by prospecting leads, following up promptly, delivering presentations, closing new commercial and industrial accounts, using Salesforce for activity tracking, and representing the company at community and industry events.

Coordinate and optimize drivers, trucks, and routes to maximize capacity, safety, and customer satisfaction. Analyze routing data, adjust same-day and next-day plans, resolve in-transit issues, monitor driver performance, design efficient routes, and communicate with drivers and customers to minimize missed pickups and improve productivity.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles: source active and passive candidates via traditional and non-traditional channels, engage and advocate for candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, maintain applicant tracking records, build hiring manager and community relationships, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Designs, codes, tests, and documents .NET applications; follows SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices; supports Tier 3 incidents; works on system integration and CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub); collaborates with product owners and vendors; participates in production releases and mentors junior developers.
