The role is hybrid in Phoenix, Arizona, with travel of up to 50%.

Supervises billing staff and ensures accurate, timely invoicing, billing adjustments, cash receipt posting, and resolution of discrepancies. Manages, hires, trains, and coaches sales staff through performance reviews and ride-alongs. Partners with leadership to drive profitable growth, resolve customer issues, and ensure sales agreements and activities meet company standards.
