Lead market strategy and business development for an area, driving acquisitions, divestitures, privatizations, and organic infrastructure development. Perform financial and capital analysis, negotiate transactions, manage project development for recycling centers, transfer stations, and landfills, oversee real estate deals, lead cross-functional teams, and coordinate integration and execution with market and corporate stakeholders. Requires travel (~30%).

Serve as a strategic compensation business partner: design and administer pay structures, analyze market data and job evaluations, support annual compensation planning, advise leaders on compensation strategy and compliance, manage incentive and commission programs, and provide training and audits to ensure competitive, compliant pay practices.

Identify and prospect leads, sell Republic Services' waste and recycling solutions within an assigned territory. Conduct cold calls and presentations, follow up with decision-makers, document activity in Salesforce, meet revenue targets, attend events, complete customer agreements, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to retain and grow accounts.

Lead and perform SOX 404 and SOC testing for complex IT processes, evaluate IT general and application controls, document findings, assist in audit planning, mentor staff, communicate issues to management, and recommend control improvements.

Manage hauling operations across a geographic area, overseeing supervisors, dispatch, drivers and route systems for commercial, roll-off and residential customers. Drive productivity, safety, regulatory compliance, budget and vendor spend, and execute local market strategy. Hire, train and develop teams, resolve customer and government issues, and implement change initiatives to improve service, profitability and operational excellence.
