Sell Republic Services' waste, recycling, and environmental solutions to commercial and industrial customers within an assigned territory. Identify and follow up on leads, prospect via calls and presentations, use Salesforce to track activities, close new business, meet revenue targets, maintain customer agreements, attend community and industry events, and collaborate with sales management.

Administers and calculates sales commissions, maintains compensation data integrity, produces reports and dashboards, supports plan analysis and modeling, resolves pay discrepancies, and partners with Sales Effectiveness and Finance to improve compensation systems and processes.
