Sell Republic Services' waste and recycling solutions within an assigned territory by prospecting leads, closing new and profitable commercial and industrial accounts, retaining existing customers, performing contract renewals, using Salesforce for activity tracking, and representing the company at community and industry events to meet revenue targets.

Manage and retain existing commercial and industrial customers in a territory, renew contracts, respond to cancellations, upsell Republic Services products, document activity in Salesforce, and collaborate with operations and sales manager to resolve service issues and meet retention goals.

Provide phone, email, and in-person customer support for waste services: process orders, maintain customer profiles and contracts, assist with waste characterization and regulatory documentation, prepare manifests and shipment summaries, handle billing adjustments, and coordinate records and communications.
