Provide DBA II support for CTMS and other database platforms: incident/request intake, troubleshooting, performance tuning, backups, patching, scripting, and documentation. Lead and execute the Foundations planned giving program: identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors for deferred and life-income gifts; grow gift portfolio; develop proposals and stewardship plans; train staff and advisors; track expectancies; serve as subject-matter resource to leadership and boards.
