Lead and execute the Foundations planned giving program: identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors for deferred and life-income gifts; grow gift portfolio; develop proposals and stewardship plans; train staff and advisors; track expectancies; serve as subject-matter resource to leadership and boards.

Manages scheduling, travel, correspondence, meeting coordination, transcription, document preparation for manuscripts/abstracts/presentations, credentialing, and departmental records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Lead tax strategy, ensure federal/state tax compliance and exemptions, oversee preparation of tax-exempt and related returns (Forms 990/990-T/4720/1120/1065), perform ASC 740 analysis, manage audits, advise senior management, coordinate external advisors, and support payroll/AP on W-2/1099 matters.

Design, install, administer, maintain, and troubleshoot the Unified Communications infrastructure (VoIP/PBX and related interfaces). Implement IP-based integrations (nurse call, telemedicine, AV, contact center), manage capacity, assist disaster recovery planning, perform maintenance and project work, document solutions, and support after-hours/on-call activities.
