Lead analysis and management of global payroll financial data, ensure accurate payroll postings to the general ledger, support payroll budgeting/forecasting, partner with Controllership and finance teams on wage code mapping and discrepancies, drive process improvements and automation, and communicate payroll/regulation changes impacting financial reporting.

Build and maintain channel partner relationships, provide product training/support, identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, monitor market trends and competitors, and ensure customer satisfaction. Role involves significant collaboration and 50% travel.
