Build and maintain dealer, institutional, and customer relationships to grow auction sales. Contact dealers by phone and internet to develop buying and selling business, promote inventory and services, resolve complaints, support sale-day activities, train customers on ADESA.com and mobile applications, log activity in the CRM, coordinate with internal departments, and achieve sales goals. The role also provides customer service, performs reporting, and supports inventory marketing and vehicle exposure campaigns.

Full-cycle, high-volume recruiter for Operations teams: source candidates, conduct phone screenings and assessments, manage candidate experience and background checks, partner with hiring leaders to drive interview-to-offer conversion, and fill skilled onsite roles across operations functions.

Build scalable, testable web applications and services using C#/.NET Core or JavaScript/TypeScript stacks. Work with cloud services (Azure), Kafka, Kubernetes, SQL/NoSQL and caching. Write unit tests, debug APIs and infrastructure, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to CI/CD and developer tooling. On-site at Carmel HQ.
