Conduct full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for Operations teams, including candidate sourcing, phone screenings, interviews, assessments, resume submissions, hiring manager partnership, and background-check coordination. Advise leaders on hiring strategies, manage candidate expectations, and improve interview-to-offer conversion while delivering a strong candidate experience. This is a fully on-site role at Carvana’s Tempe, Arizona headquarters.

Receive, stage, inspect, fuel, and prepare inventory vehicles for inbound/outbound transport and delivery. Use handheld scanners and company devices to log locations, complete multi-point inspections and reports, maintain lot cleanliness, safely operate company vehicles, and meet processing and quality standards.

Provide administrative support for HR Employee Relations: triage HR inbox, manage unemployment claims and employment verifications, answer routine employee inquiries, maintain confidentiality, sort inbound mail, execute employee lifecycle tasks, suggest process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to complete HR tasks and projects.

Support eDiscovery and litigation workflows: serve as technical eDiscovery contact, run data queries, design and maintain litigation reporting, manage legal holds and document collection, maintain databases and scripts, improve data quality and processes, evaluate legal technologies, and perform administrative functions within legal tools.

Lead site operations and sales for an ADESA auction location: drive business growth, manage P&L and KPIs, recruit and develop staff, ensure safety/compliance, handle customer relations, and oversee facility and inventory controls.

Lead and supervise daily lot operations to ensure efficient vehicle flow for auctions. Oversee staffing, training, safety compliance, vehicle staging, inventory checks, equipment upkeep, and cross-department coordination to meet operational targets.

Serve as front-office contact to process and review vehicle titles, verify buyer/seller and vehicle information, calculate and submit title fees and requests, maintain filing and database records, handle related customer service and phone communications, and coordinate with managers and vendors to resolve title issues.

Manage day-to-day transportation and logistics operations at a field location, oversee multiple teams (warehouse, inventory, CDL drivers), optimize route schedules, ensure DOT compliance and workplace safety, mentor staff, coordinate inventory movement, and align site goals with company operations.

Support high-volume hiring for entry-level Operations roles by coordinating candidate outreach, screening, pre-hire checks, and candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers to meet recruiting KPIs.
