Provides inbound and outbound customer support for car buying and selling journeys. Builds customer relationships, resolves issues using critical thinking and AI tools, verifies sensitive documentation, learns evolving products, and delivers accurate, empathetic phone interactions. This is an in-person, full-time hourly role with assigned schedules, weekend and potential holiday shifts, and possible overtime.

Build and maintain dealer, institutional, and customer relationships to grow auction sales. Contact dealers by phone and internet to develop buying and selling business, promote inventory and services, resolve complaints, support sale-day activities, train customers on ADESA.com and mobile applications, log activity in the CRM, coordinate with internal departments, and achieve sales goals. The role also provides customer service, performs reporting, and supports inventory marketing and vehicle exposure campaigns.

Manages auto, liability, and property insurance claims from intake through closure. Reports losses to carriers and third-party administrators, investigates incidents, verifies coverage, gathers documentation, communicates with adjusters and operational teams, tracks claim progress in RMIS, and supports Safety investigations, policy administration, training, and process improvements.
