The role also develops AI-agent workflows to automate project-management execution, creates strategic briefs, mentors project managers, and builds organizational capacity. Requires strong Agile project leadership, analytical thinking, communication, resilience, and influence without authority. This is a fully on-site position in Tempe, Arizona.

Leads institutional and national account growth for ADESA by prospecting, developing strategic account plans, managing full sales cycles, closing complex B2B deals, and growing vehicle-volume targets. Builds executive relationships with OEMs, lenders, fleet and lease companies, and institutional consignors. Coordinates onboarding with internal teams, monitors market trends, manages forecasts and pipeline reporting, and represents ADESA at industry events. Travel of 40–50% is required.

The role requires building programs from scratch, using AI tools such as Claude, and partnering across operations and technology teams.
