Lead strategy, governance, and performance of lead management and marketing operations across the Americas. Build and manage a marketing operations team, own lead lifecycle, optimize processes with Sales, drive reporting and BI (Power BI, Salesforce), improve data quality, and identify automation/AI opportunities to increase conversions and revenue.

Manage inbound/outbound sales for Defense & Aerospace customers, build trusted account relationships, identify opportunities, provide pricing/quotes, coordinate order fulfillment, and use systems like SAP/ERP and QuoteFX to meet revenue targets.

This role involves inside sales and customer service, managing relationships, promoting products, and fulfilling customer requirements to achieve sales goals.

Generate and expand business within an assigned territory by prospecting, cold calling, following leads, quoting price/delivery, presenting Avnet technologies, and managing opportunities in Salesforce and SAP while coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to drive profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
