Supports U.S. import compliance and Foreign-Trade Zone operations, including HTS classification, country-of-origin data, customs documentation, broker coordination, inventory transactions, records retention, discrepancy resolution, reporting, audits, and regulatory monitoring. Leads cross-functional teams, conducts cost-benefit analyses, facilitates training and presentations, and applies Lean or Six Sigma methods to improve productivity, quality, safety, decision-making, and cost efficiency.

Manages strategic customer accounts to achieve revenue, margin, and profitability goals. Builds relationships with customers and suppliers, identifies business needs, develops joint execution plans, conducts business reviews, monitors pipelines and performance metrics, and aligns technology solutions and partner programs to drive growth. Leads customer planning, negotiations, opportunity prioritization, and account strategy while serving as the primary customer contact.

Sells products, services, and solutions to new and existing customers through inbound and outbound communications. Manages customer relationships, responds to inquiries, prepares quotes and pricing, coordinates inventory and delivery requirements, follows sales activities through fulfillment, and collaborates with product, materials, field sales, and supplier teams to grow revenue and margins.
