Provides Tier 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, telephones, and related equipment. Configures and installs hardware and software, manages tickets, maintains IT asset inventories, documents solutions, and supports users across the organization. The role also contributes to IT projects, technical documentation, process improvements, and emergency support while maintaining confidentiality and strong customer service.

Supports government relations, legislative monitoring, policy advocacy, institutional compliance, records governance, and historical museum collection management. Develops briefings, reports, policies, training initiatives, and regulatory documentation; coordinates government and executive meetings; maintains archives, loan agreements, access controls, and governance records. Represents the Institute with policymakers and agencies while communicating complex scientific and compliance matters to internal and external stakeholders.

Provides non-financial pre- and post-award grants administration for assigned principal investigator portfolios. Responsibilities include coordinating grant proposals and reports, monitoring deliverables and deadlines, ensuring compliance with NIH requirements and policies, managing submissions through grants portals, coordinating with internal administrative departments, and serving as a backup Signing Official.

Supports organization-wide laboratory operations and research data management initiatives. Implements and administers ELNs, inventory systems, research repositories, and scientific information processes. Assists laboratory onboarding, user account management, repository access, data standards, regulatory compliance, and research record integrity. Collaborates with investigators, laboratory staff, IT, Research Administration, Operations, and Legal. Provides administrative support for IRB activities, including protocol documentation, submissions, meeting coordination, and compliance records.
