Lead creation and execution of a comprehensive advancement program for WPSU, including major and mid-level gifts, planned giving, grants, membership, and corporate sponsorship. Build and manage an advancement team, establish systems and fundraising strategies, cultivate donor and institutional relationships, develop proposals and stewardship, and collaborate with WHYY and internal teams to align fundraising goals with regional priorities.

Manage a portfolio of ~150 donors to qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors ($5,000+).
