Generate outbound opportunities and manage the full sales cycle through contract signature. Demonstrate QuotaPath, advise prospects on compensation plan design and commission visibility, and help configure proof-of-concept plans. Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing to address customer needs, prioritize feedback, and improve messaging. The role requires engaging senior Finance and Revenue Operations stakeholders while meeting hybrid Austin or CST-hours remote work expectations.

Build and maintain full-stack features across frontend and backend. Collaborate with Product and Design, write tests, participate in architecture and code reviews, troubleshoot bugs, and use AI assistants and automations to accelerate development.
