Provide commercial legal support for Americas procurement and sales activities: draft, negotiate, and review vendor and commercial agreements; conduct vendor diligence; create templates, playbooks, and policies; advise on regulatory, compliance, and risk matters; and partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal exposure.

Perform SOX and operational audit testing, evaluate internal controls and GAAP/GAAS compliance, create audit workpapers, report findings, contribute to risk assessment, and support process improvements across manufacturing and finance functions. Role includes rotational exposure and travel.

Provide administrative support to the facility manager and plant teams: manage phones and documents, update ERP data, process purchase orders, handle customer technical inquiries, perform document quality control, coordinate with engineering/quality teams and other locations, maintain office supplies and inventory, assist EHS duties and support customer service and warehouse as needed.

Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for global consolidations, preparing/reviewing financial statements, complex journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany/royalty invoicing, SEC footnotes and disclosures, SOX documentation, and supporting audits and budgeting.

Lead market intelligence and commercial growth strategy to inform sales planning, forecasting, pricing, and competitive response. Translate customer insights and scan data into demand scenarios, guide account strategies with Sales leadership, prepare executive presentations, and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive revenue and margin outcomes.

Supervise and support industrial electrical and PLC control systems: diagnose and repair equipment, oversee assembly and testing of motor control devices and electrical components, develop diagrams/specifications, plan and record testing, and train and manage maintenance personnel while promoting safety and efficiency.

Manage plant maintenance and repair programs, supervise engineering/maintenance staff, oversee wastewater treatment and regulatory compliance, plan capital projects, maintain preventive/predictive maintenance and CMMS, support EHS and training, provide emergency response, and manage maintenance budgets and vendor relationships.

Prepare and analyze plant financials: journal entries, GL and bank reconciliations, financial statements. Maintain accounting policies, identify and remediate control gaps, support audits, develop cost accounting, and oversee payroll and accounts payable. Requires occasional travel and occasional evening/weekend work.
