Designs, implements, and improves cybersecurity controls across global manufacturing OT environments. Leads OT security engineering, architecture, vulnerability remediation, incident response, asset inventory, network segmentation, threat modeling, and risk assessments. The position requires accounting and manufacturing experience, ERP proficiency, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and approximately 10% overnight travel.

Manage production planning, scheduling, inventory control, materials coordination, capacity planning, and production reporting for a manufacturing plant. Develop master schedules from demand, capacity, and historical data; coordinate suppliers, purchasing, manufacturing, and sales; monitor material flow and production performance; maintain planning systems and inventory metrics; and address quality, service, delivery, and process discrepancies. The role requires production control experience, manufacturing knowledge, strong organization, communication, project management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Provide electrical engineering support across eight food-division plants: troubleshoot and program PLCs, develop installation documentation, support new installations to production goals, train plant electrical teams, and drive problem resolution and schedules to improve production performance.

Manage and supervise plant electricians and technicians to support high-speed beverage canning manufacturing. Design, modify, and troubleshoot electrical/control systems, PLCs, motor controls, facility power, and instrumentation. Lead market intelligence and commercial growth strategy to inform sales planning, forecasting, pricing, and competitive response. Translate customer insights and scan data into demand scenarios, guide account strategies with Sales leadership, prepare executive presentations, and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive revenue and margin outcomes.
