The Enterprise Account Executive sells Comcast's commercial services, manages client relationships, develops new leads, and delivers presentations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsible for new business acquisition of Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses. Develop territory and partnerships, generate leads (cold calling, canvassing, referrals), deliver face-to-face presentations, sell advanced communications (PRI, Hosted PBX, multi-location), manage pipeline to exceed quotas, and coordinate with technical/support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead reliability, performance, and operational excellence for large-scale ad-tech distributed systems. Design and operate monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, automation, and secure production infrastructure. Mentor engineers, influence architecture for production readiness, run on-call rotations, and drive continuous improvement of engineering operations and observability.

Design and build AI-powered, cloud-native backend services and automation platforms to support security outcomes. Integrate data across systems, lead architecture for distributed, resilient systems, prototype emerging AI solutions, and mentor engineers while driving production deployments and operational excellence.

Drive territory strategy and acquire/manage mid-market and enterprise multi-location customers via direct and partner channels. Prospect, deliver face-to-face sales presentations, negotiate deals, and exceed financial targets. Build GTM partner relationships, position Comcast Business solutions, ensure customer retention and superior service, and maintain accurate sales records. Apply knowledge of network design, SD-WAN, network security, and related networking technologies.

Manage and mentor a backend engineering team, oversee design and delivery of software and web applications, set project requirements and timelines, enforce development best practices and KPIs, manage releases, budgets, and capital projects, and drive continuous technical improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead Data SRE responsible for ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance of data platforms. Design monitoring, automate operations, optimize performance, respond to incidents, plan capacity, enforce security/compliance, document systems, and collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams.

Manage relationships with branded retail partners to drive territorial sales, ensure brand-consistent merchandising and operations, deliver sales presentations, and resolve customer-care, supply-chain, and system issues.
