Role requires flexible scheduling and may require a real estate license and background/drug screening.

Lead development accounting for projects including budgeting, forecasting, commitments, payment processing, reconciliations, SOX controls, contractor risk analysis, and financial reporting. Manage and coach staff, coordinate with project teams, improve reporting tools, support audits, and provide financial analysis for decision-making.
