Support SOX/internal controls, audit readiness, tax notices, technical research, process improvement and automation, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, legal, treasury, and external advisors.

Audit and process vacation ownership real estate contracts and closing documents from intake through closing and recordation. Verify accuracy and compliance of contracts, trust and corporate documents, prepare closing disbursements and reports, respond to inquiries, maintain records, and support office operations while following company policies and ensuring confidentiality and quality standards.

Sell vacation ownership experiences to owners and prospects: answer questions, follow up leads/referrals, provide pricing/property information, promote offers, maintain customer records, and support guest experience and team goals.

Lead development and execution of marketing strategy to generate tours and meet goals. Manage tour flow, guest experience, vendor relationships, budgets, reports, and cross-functional alignment with sales. Recruit, coach, and develop marketing teams, design incentive programs, and ensure compliance with marketing regulations.
