Lead full-lifecycle recruiting for Marketing & Sales roles within an assigned Americas division. Partner with leaders to develop sourcing strategies, manage high-volume hiring, improve processes, and leverage social media and ATS tools. Provide compensation input, training, and consultative support while ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement.

Sell vacation ownership by following a consultative sales process: generate and follow up on leads/referrals, present tours and finance options, complete contracts and notarization, maintain owner relationships for reloads/referrals, and ensure accurate processing and customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.

Engage guests to sell specially priced trial vacation ownership packages, deliver elevated customer service, meet sales presentation and volume goals, welcome guests, follow company standards and safety procedures, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Role may require a real estate license at some locations, background and drug screening, and physical activity (standing, bending, reaching).

Sell timeshare ownership by following consultative sales processes, present tours (including virtual eTours), close contracts, process paperwork, maintain customer relationships for reloads/referrals, and meet scheduling and documentation requirements.

Engage with hotel guests to schedule and manage sales presentations, qualify attendees, use persuasive techniques to meet sales goals, provide elevated customer service, follow company standards, support team goals, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Role may require background/drug screening and has physical requirements (standing, bending, reaching).

Sell vacation ownership experiences and support owners/guests by answering questions, following up leads/referrals, providing pricing/property information, monitoring satisfaction, promoting offers, maintaining contact records, and delivering excellent guest service while following company standards.

Serve as primary recruiter and business partner for Marketing & Sales roles across the Americas. Manage full lifecycle recruiting, develop sourcing strategies, use social media and ATS tools, advise on compensation, drive process improvements, and support workforce planning. Onsite at base location five days/week with ~25% regional travel.

Support Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense processes, perform month/quarter/year-end close activities, review journal entries and reconciliations, monitor outsourced teams, process supplier invoices, respond to inquiries, prepare ad hoc reports, maintain controls and documentation, resolve payment and T&E issues, and recommend process improvements.

Support transaction tax function by preparing workpapers, reconciliations, journal entries, and property tax filings; run PeopleSoft GL queries; respond to tax notices; assist monthly account reconciliations and special projects.

Sell vacation ownership by using a consultative Quality Control Advisor process: present tours, explain product and financing, complete contracts and notarization, follow up for owner satisfaction, and develop reloads/referrals while maintaining records and customer relationships.
