Provide closing support for vacation ownership sales: answer owner questions, verify and process contracts, maintain customer records, support follow-up and sales team requests, and use upselling techniques while delivering excellent guest service and following company standards.

Assist owners and prospects with property information, follow up on leads and referrals, promote offers and promotions, maintain customer records, welcome guests, support team goals, and adhere to company standards and safety procedures.

Prepare and verify mortgage closing documentation for vacation ownership and Explorer purchases. Verify term sheets and FICO scores, enter data in SUN system, process deposits and escrow, perform credit checks, maintain PCI/PII/CIS compliance, run backups, complete end-of-day close, and provide customer service.
