Lead a small team of 3-4 sales reps selling vacation packages in retail stores. Drive sales through coaching, training, strategic planning, performance analysis, customer engagement, and compliance with company policies.

Engage Bass Pro Shops customers to present vacation ownership opportunities, deliver presentations, identify guest travel needs, meet sales targets, provide concierge-style recommendations, and participate in ongoing training. Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays in a retail environment.

Engage Cabela's customers to present and sell vacation ownership packages, build rapport, identify guest needs, meet sales targets, stay updated on promotions and destinations, provide concierge-style recommendations, and participate in ongoing training.

Supervise and support collections staff to maintain acceptable delinquency rates and compliance with FDCPA and other laws. Monitor KPIs, perform QA, train and mentor team members, handle owner requests/complaints, prepare reports, and perform collection calls as workload requires.
