Partners with leaders and staff throughout the employee lifecycle, including hiring, compensation, onboarding, transfers, performance management, leave and accommodation cases, investigations, and offboarding. Provides coaching on employee relations, documentation, progressive discipline, and development. Coordinates HRIS personnel actions and offer letters, monitors employee relations and turnover trends, supports retention strategies, and collaborates with compensation, benefits, payroll, recruitment, and legal teams to improve HR processes and organizational health.

Lead global social media strategy and execution for YouVersion across platforms; oversee content creation, analytics, and regional hub alignment; coach and grow the social team; set KPIs, track impact, and share learnings to expand reach and point audiences to Scripture.

Build and maintain reliable ETL and real-time data pipelines, enable data-driven product decisions, ensure relevant event collection, align data roadmap to business goals, and collaborate with platform, security, and analytics teams to deliver actionable insights.

Design, build, and maintain mobile applications and systems for the YouVersion family. Own technical design, review and approve code, mentor engineers, troubleshoot complex issues, improve team practices, and explore applying AI/ML to enhance mobile experiences.

Design and produce 2D and 3D motion graphics and storyboards using After Effects and Cinema 4D. Receive assignments from a project management system, collaborate with central and campus teams and ministry leaders, support weekend experiences and campaigns, and identify and implement new design techniques.

Lead and execute regional digital marketing strategies to drive app installs, usage, and brand awareness via paid acquisition and organic tactics (ASO). Manage specialists, collaborate cross-functionally and with partners, evaluate performance and ad networks, and report ROI and market trends.

Develop and execute engagement strategies and communications for recurring givers: produce newsletters, plan virtual experiences, craft impact stories, build workflows and automations, manage personalized donor lifecycle communications, track engagement metrics, and collaborate across Donor Experience, Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Product teams to deepen long-term donor relationships.

Review, analyze, and revise contracts; manage Conga contract system, templates, and long-term storage; support trademark and corporate registrations; triage legal inquiries and manage the Legal team inbox and budget; train users and provide administrative support under attorney supervision.
