Leads and mentors the AgentMate application development team while remaining hands-on with C#/.NET development. Owns engineering execution, application security, PCI compliance, reliability, quality, observability, technical debt, and production support. Partners with Product, Delivery, Infrastructure, Security, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable applications. Responsibilities include architecture and coding, threat modeling, vulnerability remediation, CI/CD improvements, incident resolution, technical planning, documentation, hiring, and team development.

Leads complex, multinational travel program implementations from award through go-live and operational transition. Designs scalable implementation playbooks, coordinates global cross-functional teams and vendors, manages technology integrations, translates business requirements into delivery frameworks, and oversees solution design, governance, operational readiness, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. The role serves as the accountable business owner and subject matter expert for global travel implementations.

Manages cruise host training, onboarding, education programs, workshops, communications, and operational support for more than 600 hosts. Develops curriculum and e-learning materials, maintains host records and assignments in Salesforce, supports interviewing and expense approvals, coordinates marketing plans, updates procedures, and assists with mass host assignments. Provides agency training and collaborates with leadership and cruise line partners. The role is fully remote with occasional in-person collaboration preferred in the Alexandria, Virginia region.

Provides consultative corporate and government travel services, including accurate domestic and international air, car, and hotel reservations. Uses Travelport+/Galileo GDS to secure competitive rates while following corporate policies and federal requirements such as the Fly America Act. Manages inbound requests, multiple accounts, customer service quality, productivity goals, and complex travel situations.

Leads the architecture, implementation, and evolution of enterprise data platforms, including Master Data Management, data lakes, lakehouses, and cloud data services. Manages data engineers and developers, establishes engineering standards, oversees Azure-based integrations and pipelines, and owns data applications, databases, security, governance, and production support. The role also directs technical strategy, manages multiple initiatives, and communicates architecture and delivery plans to stakeholders.

Arrange domestic and international air and hotel travel for high-profile entertainment clients in a fast-paced environment. Manage reservations, exchanges, refunds, travel documents, seat assignments, upgrades, and client preferences. Respond urgently to inquiries, resolve travel issues, review bookings for accuracy, and apply airline rules, tariffs, and fare requirements. Provide exceptional service to film, television, and music industry travelers, including potential after-hours on-call support.
