Ensure FCC compliance and Chief Operator duties, respond to emergency failures, perform on-call and after-hours work, and coordinate with corporate engineering and IT teams.

Manage multi-station broadcast engineering across several markets, ensure broadcast continuity and FCC compliance, perform inspections, repairs, and installations (AoIP, automation, AM directional systems), develop technical standards and CAPEX plans, evaluate vendors, respond to emergencies and on-call incidents, maintain IT/networking and EAS systems, and travel between transmitter sites.

Lead regional broadcast engineering across multiple markets, ensuring broadcast continuity, FCC compliance, and infrastructure strategy.
