Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads, make high-volume calls and emails, manage prospect data in Salesforce, hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives, develop relationships with K-12 decision-makers, and collaborate with sales and marketing to meet lead generation goals.

Manage revenue recognition for subscriptions and professional services, own billing/collections, review deferred and unbilled revenue, handle sales and use tax filings, prepare revenue-related journal entries and commissions, support monthly close and audits, and maintain revenue policies and controls while partnering with Sales, RevOps, HR, and offshore accounting teams.
