Execute sales strategy to grow home health referrals by building relationships with referral sources, delivering education and community in-services, documenting sales activities, and coordinating between referral sources, patients/families, and agency staff.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for machine, workload, and agentic identity across the Identity Platform. Partner with engineering, security, architecture, and AI platform teams to define authentication, authorization, governance, lifecycle, and auditability for non-human identities. Drive vendor evaluations, POCs, build-vs-buy decisions, measurable 0->1 delivery outcomes, and communicate complex identity and agentic AI concepts to senior stakeholders while staying current on standards and vendor capabilities.

Serve as the primary client contact for desktop services discovery, transition, and enhancements. Manage desktop support delivery, mentor staff, scope projects, work with product management, improve processes and SLAs, and handle hardware procurement while communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for small group accounts (≤100 employees). Build relationships with brokers, agents, and employers; manage end-to-end RFP responses and presentations; communicate plan benefits; collaborate with internal teams (medical leadership, finance, marketing) to close business and meet sales targets.

Design, build, test, deploy, and operate full-stack web applications and RESTful services using Go and HTMX with server-driven UI patterns. Implement Azure cloud-native solutions, CI/CD pipelines, observability and secure-by-design practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
