Serve as the primary relationship leader for a strategic OptumRx client, driving account retention and growth through multi-year strategy, executive engagement, cross-functional coordination, contract compliance, financial oversight, and delivery of clinical and digital innovations to improve member experience and pharmacy outcomes.

Lead state-level government advocacy and relationship strategies for the company in Minnesota; engage legislators, administration, and stakeholders; direct consultants; develop policy strategies, written deliverables, and political engagement to advance business and reputational priorities.

Lead vision and delivery of Payments 2.0 and CCS 2.0, building an AI-native, API-first payments and communications platform. Drive modernization, cross-functional execution, compliance, operational resilience, and enterprise adoption while defining governance, KPIs, and roadmaps to scale payment orchestration, reconciliation, integrations, and high-volume transaction operations.

Serve as a pre-sales product solutions consultant for Optum Financial’s commercial payments platform. Lead client discovery, design tailored payment solutions, deliver demos and RFP responses, influence product roadmap from customer feedback, and support go-to-market, sales enablement, and cross-functional implementation transitions.
