Lead end-to-end acquisition strategy for small- and large-dollar business lending. Build multi-quarter marketing roadmaps, oversee multi-channel budgets (SEM, paid social, affiliates, SEO), partner with product, analytics, and research to target audiences, optimize funnels, measure performance, and coordinate cross-functional execution. Manage and grow a small acquisition team.
