Manage product portfolio for Ditch Witch equipment, conduct market research, develop product strategies, lead new product development, collaborate across teams, and represent the company at industry events.

Design, integrate, program, install, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment (PLCs, robots, cobots, drives). Create and maintain schematics, software, and documentation. Support production lines, mentor technicians, develop capital requests, manage project budgets, and collaborate on equipment upgrades and safety/compliance.

Coordinate order-to-invoice activities and shipments for international distributors, process shipments per U.S. export regulations, and prepare export documentation. Liaise with sales, inventory, distribution, credit, and traffic to resolve issues, maintain product knowledge, and ensure responsive communication. Troubleshoot routine shipment delays, document procedures, support LEAN and other projects, and complete ongoing training to meet organizational needs.

Serve as strategic HR business partner supporting employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. Lead full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Drive engagement, DEI, succession planning, and HR analytics (Workday). Partner with leaders on organizational design and workforce planning, manage investigations and documentation, and support talent pipelines and external recruiting partnerships. On-site daily at a manufacturing facility with minimal periodic travel.

Manage and support digital products (NSN Connect/Portal, Salesforce, SAP, Five9) for ~6000 customers. Analyze processes, translate requirements to technical specs, lead testing, perform data analysis/maintenance, troubleshoot and train users, and participate in project work to improve system and process efficiency.
