Leads monthly and annual FP&A processes for Middle Mile Transportation and HQ Managed Field businesses. Develops financial models, business cases, forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses; evaluates operational and financial impacts of transportation strategies and investments; and provides actionable insights to leadership. Partners cross-functionally to assess trade-offs, optimize costs and network performance, and influence strategic decisions through clear recommendations and presentations.

Leads financial strategy and planning for Target’s international and domestic first-mile transportation operations. Responsibilities include annual planning, forecasting, performance management, financial modeling, evaluating transportation investments, improving analytical processes and reporting, and presenting executive-level recommendations. The role partners extensively across Supply Chain and the enterprise to optimize efficiency, capacity, service, and costs while supporting strategic and operational decision-making.

Provide SOX IT subject-matter expertise by assessing ITGCs (access, change management, operations), performing technical testing, onboarding applications, advising on control design and remediation, and partnering with auditors and technology teams to maintain SOX compliance.
