Partners with store operations, accounting, procurement, and field teams to identify savings, improve accountability, and support strategic decisions. Develops financial models and reporting for forecasts, annual goals, long-range planning, and monthly reviews. Serves as a resource for store financial data, planning processes, and issue resolution.

Design future-focused, multi-touchpoint guest experiences using service design, journey mapping, prototyping, and systems thinking. Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, stores, and strategy teams to translate insights and business opportunities into scalable, inclusive experiences. Create journey maps, blueprints, storyboards, flows, wireframes, and prototypes while applying qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions.

Lead accessibility efforts across web and app development, applying WCAG 2.2 AA throughout discovery, design, engineering, testing, and regression. Build and support a developer platform that generates configured codebases, integrates infrastructure, and enables AI-assisted developer workflows. Design scalable full-stack services using Kotlin, Python, and TypeScript; develop REST APIs; manage distributed systems and relational databases; lead architecture, testing, code reviews, incident resolution, disaster recovery, and technology evaluations. Provide technical oversight, coach engineers, and contribute to platform strategy and roadmap execution.
