Serve as the technical product owner and BA for RAZR's SaaS platform: translate business needs into technical requirements, write user stories, prioritize the scrum backlog, guide agile teams, define integrations and API contracts, collaborate with designers/developers, and drive execution against the product roadmap.

Leads a portfolio of financial institution loyalty and rewards implementations from planning through launch. Owns governance, schedules, dependencies, resources, risks, stakeholder alignment, partner coordination, product and development requirements, and executive reporting. Drives cross-functional accountability across Operations, Product, Technology, Support, and external partners while improving implementation processes for scalability, predictability, and quality.
