Lead and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts ($5-10M), build executive advisory relationships, drive revenue and account profitability, define scope and proposals, oversee onboarding and client satisfaction, enable cross-selling with internal teams, and remain partially billable for strategy or delivery work.

Lead large or multiple complex digital projects using Agile/hybrid methods. Own planning, budgets, risk/issue management, scope/change control, and client partnership. Manage distributed cross-functional teams, drive delivery excellence, mentor junior PMs, and improve delivery processes while leveraging CMS/CRM platforms and PM tools to achieve business outcomes.

Analyze logs and inherited code, monitor systems, diagnose root causes, and implement fixes. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, perform integrations, enhancements, and architecture analysis. Advise clients, evaluate vendors, and ensure stability, security, scalability, and interoperability of solutions.
