Serves as an HR business partner for a manufacturing plant, leading compensation, leave and disability administration, payroll support, employee relations, job bidding, onboarding, HRIS processes, benefits, compliance documentation, and unemployment claims. Coordinates safety, training, and development initiatives; supports engagement and organizational effectiveness programs; resolves employee issues; manages vendors and HR process improvements; and partners with plant leadership to drive productivity and employee development.

Serves as an HR business partner for manufacturing plant client groups, leading change management, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational initiatives. Advises plant leaders, coaches employees and managers, supports culture and belonging, analyzes HR data, and drives process improvements and strategic execution. Requires at least three years of relevant experience and strong project management, communication, analytical, and Microsoft Office skills.
