Manage digital publishing projects for digital humanities: assess scope and technical specs, coordinate vendors and internal teams, oversee digitization/OCR outputs, build project plans and timelines, identify roadblocks and scope creep, implement accessibility and AI standards, and report progress to the Director while interfacing with clients and vendors.
