Build distributor relationships, train partners and end-users, develop territory plans, grow revenue, manage leads in Microsoft CRM, and travel frequently within the assigned region.

Develop and execute procurement and category strategies, negotiate supplier agreements to reduce total cost, manage supplier performance and risk, support plants and distribution centers, drive supplier development and quality improvements, and perform supply base risk assessments.

Build distributor, OEM, and end-customer relationships; identify and close opportunities; deliver technical presentations and product selection support; maintain pipeline and forecasts; attend trade shows; and partner with distributor sales to execute account plans. Travel up to 60%.

Support manufacturing product quality through process control, testing, SPC, and continuous improvement. Analyze defects and production trends, represent quality in product development, implement sampling plans, and recommend specification or process changes to reduce failures and improve cost-effectiveness.
