Serves as the strategic liaison between Global IT and business functions, managing technology roadmaps, demand intake, prioritization, portfolio governance, budgets, resources, and value delivery. The role develops business cases, evaluates project performance, identifies technology opportunities, and guides project continuation or cancellation. It engages senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, communicates IT strategies, promotes innovation adoption, and supports successful implementation of IT solutions. The position requires a hybrid schedule in Bloomington, Minnesota.

Promote and develop industrial air filtration business across Africa by managing strategic accounts, identifying opportunities, designing and costing dust extraction solutions, presenting proposals, and achieving sales targets. The role maintains customer relationships and CRM records, develops resellers and niche markets, supports spares and service growth, and follows opportunities through closure. Travel is required up to 50% of the time.

Leads global, cross-functional HR projects involving organizational structure, compensation, HR technology, process improvement, and operating model transformation. Responsibilities include project planning, execution, budgeting, stakeholder communication, documentation, process improvement, transition to operations, and development of HR project management standards and governance. The role manages multiple initiatives, collaborates with internal teams and vendors, and drives delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Define ERP and enterprise application architecture direction and roadmap. Create reusable patterns and standards, guide integrations between ERP, data and cloud platforms, partner with business leaders to translate needs into scalable solutions, evaluate vendors, and simplify the application landscape across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, and service.

Support manufacturing quality by leading continuous improvement and corrective actions, conducting audits, developing procedures, managing customer certifications and testing, applying Six Sigma to improve process capability, and investigating root causes for rejections.

Support operational accounting for manufacturing: perform AP liability and inventory reconciliations, E&O analysis, intercompany reconciliations, revenue cutoff, journal entries, month‑end close, audit support, and process improvements to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Lead global cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, IAM/ICAM, and OT security programs. Build high-performing teams, integrate GRC/IAM/OT into a unified risk model, support M&A due diligence, drive metrics/KPIs and board reporting, and advise executive leadership to align security with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Lead procurement, planning, and supply chain initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Develop procurement strategies, negotiate with suppliers, manage contracts, perform long-term demand forecasting and capacity planning, drive continuous improvement, mentor junior staff, and support cross-functional projects to meet departmental goals.

Manage the companys global risk and insurance programs with emphasis on workers compensation claims within a high-deductible program, property loss prevention (FM Global), insurance placement/admin, claims oversight (general liability, auto, property), analytics and reporting, and coordination across HR, EHS, Finance, Legal, and Operations.

Lead product and market strategy for microelectronics wet process filtration across semiconductor, PCB, and electronics plating markets. Develop data-driven roadmaps, business cases, value propositions, and sales enablement tools. Guide Master Data/ERP attribute decisions, mentor product managers, track portfolio profitability, and maintain market and competitive insights to drive growth and product launches.
