Administer and support the enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform across development, test, UAT, and production environments. Manage security, users, roles, releases, batch jobs, integrations, platform health, lifecycle activities, and technical documentation. Lead SOX compliance and internal controls across multiple brands and sites, manage audits, prepare/review journal entries and reconciliations, drive process improvements, support financial close and reporting, mentor accounting staff, and lead cross-functional projects to standardize and scale accounting practices.

Lead technical scope of new architectural metal product development from concept to introduction. Design and approve aluminum/plastic extrusions, ensure manufacturability, run digital and physical testing, support mockups and troubleshooting, and provide technical sales and cross-functional support.

Manage small-scale architectural glass projects and orders: interpret purchase orders, enter and verify orders in Viracon's Viper system, ensure order accuracy, communicate with customers and internal teams, delegate to order entry, maintain project files, follow documented business processes, and support the sales team.

Verifies availability, discounts, and pricing; maintains transaction records; resolves order issues; and coordinates with client services, receiving, scheduling, and production teams. Requires strong data entry, math, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. The role is primarily office-based with occasional travel to other sites or manufacturing facilities.
