The role partners with cloud, IT, and security teams to maintain compliance and secure operations.

Provide plant financial analysis and predictive analytics; lead annual forecasting and P&L/Balance Sheet operating plan preparation; produce weekly and monthly forecasts, variance analysis, and support month-end close; maintain SKU costing and inventory revaluation; analyze ROI and AFE initiatives; provide financial support to other plants and ensure GAAP and 3M financial standards compliance.

Lead electronic product architecture and hardware development for buried-asset locating systems, field-deployed sensors, and automation equipment. Design analog, digital, mixed-signal, power, embedded, and connectivity circuits from concept through production. Drive component selection, EMC/EMI and regulatory compliance, prototyping, verification, manufacturing scale-up, supplier collaboration, and intellectual property development.

Provides plant-level HR guidance and support across employee relations, compliance, recruiting, orientation, performance management, training, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, disability management, and leadership development. Advises managers and employees, evaluates organizational effectiveness and workforce climate, drives process improvement projects, and supports HR programs in a manufacturing environment.

Leads a nonwovens team developing next-generation processes and products, executing portfolio roadmaps, deploying technologies into manufacturing, and supporting intellectual property strategies. The role also builds organizational capabilities through coaching, talent development, succession planning, and technical leadership while maintaining strong environmental, health, and safety practices. This is an on-site supervisory position in Maplewood, Minnesota, with up to 5% domestic or international travel.
