Lead design and development of electromechanical systems from concept to production, including analog/digital/power circuitry, PCB design, hardware bring-up and debugging, EMC/regulatory compliance, prototype validation, cross-functional integration with firmware, mechanical and manufacturing teams, and driving product commercialization and IP development.

Supervise HR activities at the DeKalb distribution center including hiring and onboarding, employee investigations and corrective actions, performance and salary processes, leave/disability support, implementation of corporate HR initiatives, and ongoing employee and leadership support.

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile, web, and cloud services for connected IoT products. Build RESTful APIs, secure data flows, BLE device connectivity, AI-assisted interfaces (RAG/LLM), CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with firmware, hardware, and data teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
