Design, develop, integrate, and support automated inspection, measurement, and machine vision systems for 3M manufacturing. Lead application engineering, technology development, customer requirement translation, system integration with automation/robotics, and provide Tier 2 support and occasional on-call service. Support strategic planning and deployment across manufacturing sites.

Manage production planning and ordering to meet service levels while minimizing inventory. Support commissioning, qualification, and assembly scale-up of SCBA products. Lead continuous improvement and capital projects, apply statistical techniques and Lean Manufacturing, and collaborate cross-functionally to qualify new products and improve product/process understanding.

Lead FP&A for corporate functions (HR, Finance, IT, Legal): manage annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, expense and headcount models, variance analysis, and finance business partnering to optimize costs and support strategic initiatives.

Lead and execute IT Vendor Management Office programs delivering governance transformation, managed services onboarding, and operational improvements. Manage program roadmaps, risks, financials, cross-functional stakeholders, and team resources. Implement IT governance frameworks, ensure compliance and audit readiness, drive continuous improvement, and report measurable business outcomes.

Provide plant financial analysis and predictive analytics; lead annual forecasting and P&L/Balance Sheet operating plan preparation; produce weekly and monthly forecasts, variance analysis, and support month-end close; maintain SKU costing and inventory revaluation; analyze ROI and AFE initiatives; provide financial support to other plants and ensure GAAP and 3M financial standards compliance.

Support and improve Command™ hardgoods product line through quality and cost improvement programs. Lead change management, verify and document product specifications, conduct claim testing and substantiation, and collaborate with NPI teams, suppliers, and manufacturers to deliver retail products.

The Litigation Attorney will manage complex litigation matters, provide strategic legal advice, engage outside counsel, and lead corporate policy initiatives. Requires substantial experience in high-stakes litigation and strong leadership skills.
